With over a decade of hands-on experience, Martinez has established a reputation as a knowledgeable and passionate gardening specialist and landscape professional.

Martinez pursued studies in Ornamental Horticulture and Integrated Pest Management at Mt. San Antonio College, where he laid the foundation for a career dedicated to enhancing the natural environment. His involvement in the college's turf team showcased his competitive spirit and dedication to excellence. Over three years, the team achieved impressive national rankings, placing 2nd, 3rd, and 4th in various competitions. Additionally, he was awarded multiple scholarships for his outstanding contributions and commitment.

Beginning his journey in landscape management, Martinez spent three years as a gardening specialist at California State University, Los Angeles. In this role, Martinez honed his skills in plant care, garden design, and landscape maintenance, ensuring the university's grounds thrived in both beauty and sustainability.

After his tenure at California State, Los Angeles, Martinez took on the role of Lead Technician at Skyline Ponds, a renowned landscape and pond company. Over the course of two years, he led various projects focused on creating and maintaining stunning aquatic landscapes, further expanding their skill set in the realm of landscape and design.

Currently, Martinez has embarked on an exciting new venture by founding All Season Water Gardens, a company dedicated to creating beautiful and sustainable water features and landscapes. He recently passed C-27 Landscape Contractor License exam and is excited to put his knowledge and skills to good use with new clients.

In addition to his hands-on experience, Martinez has dedicated seven years to Green Media Creations, where he has served as an instructor and curriculum developer. He passionately taught homeowners about water efficiency through turf removal techniques, sustainable landscaping practices, and the benefits of incorporating California native plants in their gardens. Through community outreach and speaking engagements, Martinez has empowered countless individuals to embrace eco-friendly landscaping, fostering a greater appreciation for native ecosystems and sustainable gardening methods.
